since we open this account nobody has take that time to give us an update or telling us how or case is going anything like that it’s really hard to get in contact with you guys you never try to reach us out. We are really unsatisfied about you guys services. there is no initiative on you guys part of helping us or guide us of what we can do to help or to make the situation better. I had two concerns with my fiance's K1: Timeframe and cost. During the initial interview, I asked very specific questions and was led to believe that they could help me get the process started and I could pay over time. Over a month later, I'm now being told none of the countless documents I've sent in will actually be submitted to immigration until I pay over $6,000 in full. My options are wait the year or so it'll take me to raise that kind of money, or use some third-party finance system. I'm severely disappointed with the lack of transparency to this whole system; the whole point I wanted to use a payment plan was because I couldn't afford that out-of-pocket cost, and my fiance and I are both heartsick of being apart. I feel like I delt with a shady salesman that tries to tell you what you want to hear to get you on-board, not an upright law firm.

I will be recommending Mr. Pepper to anyone and everyone I meet needing a personal injury lawyer. I'm posting this review a few days prior to the year of my accident and my case has been settled for more than a week now. Not only was Mr. Pepper able to settle on an amount much higher than expected, he went above and beyond to accommodate me given my difficult circumstances, and has been kind enough to continue to advise me on where I go from here. Mr. Pepper is a seasoned lawyer who clearly loves what he does, because it's not just about the money for him; he genuinely cares about bringing justice to those who have been injured.

I was referred to Joe Pepper after a fall at a Louisville restaurant. His paralegal guided me through the first months after the fall but when Mr Pepper stepped in he was all business and got me a very fair settlement I think. Taking a picture of the thing that made me trip and fall was a smoking gun I think. Still suffering from side-effects of the fall!
