Finding this law firm when my father was in the ICU was a blessing. They are conveniently located near Norton Brownsboro hospital which is how they pulled up in my online search efforts. Michelle and her team really care. Her team was responsive, followed up, checked in on us. I can't say enough good things about how much their help during this difficult time was. As an only child, I felt the burden of a lot of this was on me and they offered additional resources and knew of other senior services that could help my mother. As a foreigner and resident out of Kentucky, I was completely overwhelmed when I received a speeding court citation, a first in my driving experience. I reached out to Mr. Burns, who provided a prompt and professional response. He clearly explained how he could assist me, avoiding any jargon, and later gave detailed feedback after representing me in court. This experience has been a significant lesson for me about speeding, and thanks to Mr. Burns, my worries have been greatly reduced. I highly recommend him.

I was t boned by a speeding driver running a red light on a Tuesday. Came home from the hospital on Friday and Jim was in my living room on Saturday at the referral of a friend of mine. He was my guide through the process and it was not for the faint of heart. He got me through the medical side and the insurance side and the frustrated side. Our settlement was as good as we could get without court which I did not want to do. I would recommend Jim for any personal injury and oh yes...first thing he did was share with me his cell number.
