Jim Desmond is very forthright about each and every aspect of handling car accident cases. He is easy to work with. He listens to your concerns. He handled my case with the utmost care and attention. He isn't someone that will take your case and have you wondering what is happening with your case. He keeps you informed and is easy to contact. I have worked with Mr. Desmond on more than one occasion over the past several years. He has always been prompt in returning my calls and emails and explains things in a way that non-lawyers can understand. He is also quick to follow-up on issues and gets the case settled efficiently. I was thoroughly impressed with my representation from Zachary Hoskins. He requested lots of information in order to effectively represent my case from both the respondant and me. I absolutely love the work that Desmond did for me, we just finished a case that he was working on his absolutely generous. I mean very thoughtful I just really love the quality of work that he put in in my car accident that I have he even went as far as lowering his price so that way I can walk away with a bigger refund. I don't know any lawyers that would do that for his client and I'm truly grateful for that thank you.

Any less than favorable feelings you have developed over the years for attorneys will be kicked to the curb after speaking to Mr. Desmond. He gives you honest advice from the get go.
