I have used Jim for several accidents I have been. He is prompt and always there to answer. Y questions. Also, he fought for me and got me a more than I expected. He refused the unreasonable offer from the insurance company and was willing to file suit on my behalf. Ultimately, we did not have to because he got the offer above what I expected.

Was rear-ended by a drunk driver early last year. A friend of mine referred Mr. Desmond. I decided to give him a call. It only rang twice before he picked up the phone himself. For a dui case, he settled it relatively quickly with a high settlement. These days I feel like customer service has gone out the window. Can never get ahold of someone, or constant voicemails with no return calls. But that wasn’t the case. Thank you Jim for taking care of me and my family, and your hard work. I’m now driving in a 2022 Challenger!
