11May2017, Date of Injury / Accident. 19Feb2019, Yesterday, My Bodily Injury case settled out. I will make this short and sweet, as Truth needs no sugar coating. My case was never of the high dollar, high profile type. After 6 local Louisville attorneys, for one reason or the other, dropped my case, I was referred to Mr. Meagher. Thank the Lord! Mr. Meagher was over a dozen different compliments wrapped into one. The single most important trait that Mr. Meagher displayed, to me, was Trust. I trusted Mr. Meagher, because his demeanor, his opinion, his advice and his steadfast communication never wavered. Not once. During the final few minutes of my mediation, when it came right down to the wire on wether or not I would reject a settlement offer, or proceed to a trial with a jury, Mr. Meagher's full and complete legal opinion was forthright. I said a prayer, with my faith in The Lord, and my Full Trust in Tate Meagher.
