Nataly Ossman was the legal personnel that I spoke with today. She was easy to talk with, seemed to understand my personal problem as it was being discussed, and was compassionate regarding it. She was an excellent listener, and was quite thorough in confirming information with me, before turning my case over to the attorney, who would be handling my case. I gave her 5 stars due to her management of my phone call, and the way she was able to put me at ease, from hello to goodbye. I feel my case will be handled with the diligence it deserves. Nataly also answered any questions I had directed to her, in an expert manner I feel. Thank you Nataly!
