These guys have their hands full trying to locate the person responsible insurance wise for this case. I know that the humane society and the police department for Greenville Kentucky drop the ball and need to be held accountable. The apartment complex is apparently saying that they are not at fault even though this happened on common ground and public property outside in front of the mailboxes. I am awaiting a response.
