My Attorney Kaitlin Coons and her assistant Mark Lucas were absolutely great to work with. Accessible, Knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I had along the way through the process. They always got back to me right away by email and phone call. Kaitlin is honest and knows the law "landscape" here in Kentucky whether it was going up against the insurance company or going to trial here locally. I felt she always had my best interest at heart, and did not blow smoke up my A** just to make me happy. She shoots straight from the hip, and tells you like it is, without sugar coating the outcomes. It was then up to me to make a decision between the options given during my mediation, and I believe my case came out as optimally as possible with what we had to work with.
