I have had very limited interactions with my attorney, however my paralegal Tiffany Smith has been amazing, she has always kept and contact with me, and checked on the progress of my physical therapy while I was partaking in it after my wreck. And she always has an answer for any question that I have. If Tiffany doesn't want to be an attorney herself, then she deserves a raise at least. Because she's doing a great job.

Case is still open, don't anticipate any outstanding issues was cases complete I'll have a computer analysis that's far though I am satisfied.

I signed up with them in July for being attacked by a dog,still haven't heard anything from my attorney only when I filled out a form about how he was doing ,not even the paralegal had contacted me,I guess some cases are not the big money like a auto accident,but when I called they said I called the right firm now I beg to differ. I understand it takes time to gather information from doctors but when you don't even send a email saying that it is taking time or just let you sitting home wondering ,that's not good business

Cherry and Karen have been very helpful to me with my case. They're very tentative and caring. They both call me regularly to see how I'm doing and to keep me updated on my case. During these difficult times since my accident they continually reassure me that things will work out fine and answer all of my questions.

Was in a accident 4/2019 And wen i say a pretty bad accident and still in bad shape from it all, i got to say abt these Isaac & Isaac ppl they want you to settle quick and fast not caring if youre still hurting and need medical care . In 2020 were deep in the pandemic one of there attorneys Jeffrey called me and said he dont know how bad it is for me during this time but he can get me a settlement real quick,and i told him it wasnt abt quick tht it was abt fairness and from then on i start worrying abt these folks not representing me in a fair and just way and i had a few others call me back try to say its not worth the fight to settle for tht little amount and i mean very very very small amount well i started looking for and nother attorney tht was going to represent me and see me as a hurt human being...So with all this being said ill never inquire or tell anyone abt this company, i really believe they was working for the insurance ppl i was suing.so im here too say do your home work for yourself cause what you see on tv they are very misleading dnt listen to those commercials...Hope this helps some one out there because i read reviews when getting an apartment, car,etc. And believe what you read!!!!!

Didn't use them but the woman who answered was very sweet and understanding. And she gave lots of info when I didn't know what to do.

In 2018, I had an HORRIBLE accident. I had ran over some flying debris i couldn't avoid on the Shermin Minton Bridge and it popped my front tires. While I sat in my car, hazard lights going, on the phone with road side assistance, a young man hit my car from behind going 65+ mph. Knocked my daughter, sister, cousin, and I a couple feet forward and into the guardrail. Completely totaled my car. From the moment I called Issacs and Issacs, they worked tirelessly to help me figure out where to go from there. From making sure our needs were being met, making sure they stayed in contact with you about your case, everything was handled. I cant say enough about my attorney, John Hester. It was totally his hard work that helped me thru the time after the accident. If it wasn't for him, I would not have came out of such an accident as great as I did. Not only would I ever dream of going anywhere else, I would scream recommendations to this place from any rooftop.
