-I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to any questions or concerns that I had. They were very patient with me during this process and did not make me feel like I was a burden. I appreciate them taking the extra steps to make sure that my family and I got what we deserved after our car accident. I also must give a shout out to Sonya Gray. I love how down to earth she was and so easy to talk to. I pray that we never have anymore issues, but if we do, I will not hesitate to come back and work with Mr. Collins and this firm.
