I retained this gentleman 9 months ago at the time he described my case as a slam dunk case. Mr. Ramsey did not communicate well with me, he would take 10 to 14 days to respond to calls and emails and only then with repeated calls and emails from myself. I do not understand the law so I was depending on him for fair representation which I unfortunately did not receive. During the ZOOM court appearance he was unprepared and although he indicated he and I would communicate by test during the case he was no available and did not respond when the other attorney made untrue comments.
