After a particularly nasty fight with an insurance company that wouldn't pay out after an accident that wasn't my fault. Jacob took over and handled the situation for me. He explained that it is the insurance company's job to out-wait you so that you settle. I was so frustrated! It's awesome to have Caddas, Forsgren & Lee in your corner!!!
