Despite the fact that he had to give me bad news, Jacob Caddas was kind and patient. He dealt with me honestly and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. His office staff was also pleasant and even covered more time on the parking meter for me. I was very pleased that I was treated respectfully and without judgment. Thank you to both Mr. Caddas and Ms. Emery; my bad situation was made bearable by your kindness and experience.

When I called to get details for a consultation, I was told that a consultation is $230 per hour. I asked if there was any outline of services and fees that I could consider before the consultation and was told that they don't offer that. Any business that asks me to be financially vested without providing any preliminary outline of services and fees beforehand will not get my business.

Jacob and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They helped make a very stressful situation run as smoothly and easily as possible, and Jacob was very kind and forthright both in his explanations and recommendations for my case.
