She does not care! She will NOT return phone calls or emails. She is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Months with no answer or reply. She WILL take your money! She WILL RUIN any chance of being effectively represented in a court room.

We as a family would recommend using Brenda for any Family Matter. We used her for our adoption process with great results. Easy communication and timely responses, with overall great satisfaction.

By far one of the most competent and accomplished attorneys in NKY and Cincinnati. I have used her many filings and cases and have been very pleased with her responsiveness and expertise.

Hired her and paid full fee up front - what a mistake! Never could get in touch with her after that without borderline harassing her for a reply. Day after day unanswered emails and calls. It takes a minimum of 7-10 days to get an answer to the simplest emails. She has the money from the sale of my house in an escrow account - allegedly - and I still can't get it from her. I'm about to call the BAR and report her. She is incapable of explaining the process of a case in understandable or organized terms and constantly contradicts herself. Made a horrendous divorce/custody process an even bigger nightmare. Wish I'd never gone to her.

Ms. Bonecutter was everything I could have asked for in an attorney. She listened to me, was prompt in returning my calls, explained what was occurring at each step of my case, and ultimately helped me win full custody of kids. It was obvious that she was well respected by the other attorneys and by the judge. I would recommend her to anyone.

Getting a hold of her is a huge problem. I would sent email after email, phone call after phone call and it would take anywhere from one to three weeks. Sometimes I would be ingorned. She did this case her way not mine. Overall in the end I ended up suffering. She made my decisions for me without talking or explaining them to me. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I seriously wanted to like her because you can tell she has an underlying attitude that could work and yet she "seems" to be sensitive at the same time. How could any attorney not show up or call. When I "caught up with her", she said, "it didn't matter", the real stuff is when she needs to be there. That wasn't what the defense representation said or the judge who ruled "not in my favor" explained to me in reference to my attorney not being present. However, I could not believe, she could lack this much integrity in her profession so I continued to believe in her and trust her. Really bad decision. That became my fault.

I spoke with Brenda and decided to hire her. She took my money and days before my court date she all of a sudden couldn't make it and had not done any work on my case. When I complained she started dogging/not returning calls when I finally got a call back it was her secretary saying I couldn't get my money back.. In the end I filed a complaint with the BAR and after a month I got a partial refund with a bill explaining why. Which was 100% BS because she did NO WORK AND KNEW SHE WAS GOING ON VACATION WHEN SHE TOOK MY CASE!!! Even worst I was referred to her by a friend...

Had a family case that I was losing on and my children were in danger of a family members getting visitation with them..I found Bonecutter out of the phone book..She took the case right away and after two court visits the case was over and we had won..I couldn't possibly put into words all the appreciation I have for what Brenda Bonecutter has done for my family and I...Thank you so much for helping us through it..
