Very down to earth man. Very responsible and respectful. He made it happen for my ex husband and not to mentioned Newport court was holding our family vehicle without no cause. Thanks to Mr. Noll law office we where able to retrieve our family vehicle back. I must say Excellent Hero!

I spoke to James for a good 20 minutes in regards to a Domestic violence case between my husband and I. We already have a lawyer on the case however I was a little concerned with the direction the case was going. James literally sat and reassured me knowing I already had a lawyer on the case And explained why my lawyer is doing what he is doing. He was extremely knowledgeable and if I ever need an attorney again (I preach I won’t lol ) I will definitely contact him! MrJames Noll says a lot and does nothing but take my money. I would never recommend this attorney . It was this simple, seek to get the violent offense changed to non violent because there was no physical harm to the victim. You dragged it out for almost two years until I ran out of money. Then when I ask for help your on vacation. The court papers state no physical harm to victim.

James has been representing me after I fired my previous attorney, (Fred Johnson) who is a mere three doors down from him. After lack of communication from Mr. Johnson, Mr. Noll stepped up to the plate and has blown me away and surpassed my expectations in my criminal case. He has possessed a very caring demeanor, on a personal and professional level and goes beyond the call of duty. Make sure you are selective when hiring an attorney because it can come back to bite you. My case is still pending, and when it finalizes I will sing his praises even more. I would not recommend this lawyer for any legal needs. I used this guy twice and did not feel I got what I paid for at all. Very unresponsive, poor communication and then places blame. Darrell Cox on Madison Ave in Covington if you want a good lawyer...(by standing ready to do the right thing you bring up case details to defend yourself?? Very unprofessional... hopefully people see your response and realize what happens when they say something you don’t like or agree with...)

There isn't one case that this man cannot handle! He has helped me through every problem that I have ever had. Every time that I need help with something, this is the man that I go to. He always has an answer and he is quick to fix every problem. His prices are amazing and if you have trouble paying anything, he's always willing to work something out with you. He never lets you down and he will help you through every question and he will not stop until every problem is fixed. There is not one attorney in this world that I will ever go to besides him. No matter what your problem is, I highly recommend this man. He is amazing and he will help you through every problem that you come upon and he will stand up for you. This man is absolutely amazing!!! He saved my husband and I with my husbands ex-wife! It did not matter the day of the week or the time of day, we could always call him and he was always there for us! He has never let us down! When we were going through our hardest times, he always found a way to put a smile on our faces and assure us that everything was going to be okay! And as always, he was right! He is amazing at standing up for his cases and never hesitates to make sure that we get where we want and need to be!!! I honestly don't know where we would be in this world without him! This attorney is a joke! His client was suing me and he never showed up. WHO DOES THIS. The judge agreed to hear the case again and guess what, they lost! If you want to win your case, DONT CHOOSE THIS GUY!

Mr Verst was a tremendous help in settling my daughter's estate. He handled all the filings with the court and secured a release from the judge within 2 days.
