I am so thankful for Merk and Gile's time and patience. After getting into a car accident, I was unsure of what to do and they took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been misfortuned by going through an accident.

Eric Gile was my lawyer and showed a deep understanding of a pregnant woman getting into a car accident that was not at fault at. I never had a lawyer before and I was a bit scared because I did not know how the process would go. I called his office, and got a response immediately. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and how it would go A-Z. Him and his office demonstrated empathy throughout the legal process. The outcome was incredible. They did majority of the work as a good lawyer and office should do, so that I did not have anymore stress added to my plate. Anytime I needed to talk to him or his office regarding the case I always got a response within an appropriate timely mannor. He helped me get through this difficult time. I admire his composure, work ethic and most of all excellent representation. He got me double of what was being offered with the settlement within a fast and efficient time. Quick rundown of my situation: Earlier this year I was bit by a pit bull, on my hand, on my property and the owners of the dog weren't very approachable nor willing to help with anything.. After a brief chat, I learned the dog was not vaccinated which led me straight to the hospital that night. Upon getting treatment, my hand later swelled up to the point that I couldn't make a fist, which landed me back in the hospital to receive 24 hour antibiotics and an overnight hospital stay. At this point I'm out a ton of money, from missing work and hospital bills (I use my hands at work all day and had no choice with the severity of the injury). The dog owners could care less about helping pay for anything and they never even reached out to make sure I was okay after the initial contact we had.. Some great people they are! Spencer Merk took care of my case from day 1! I knew I'd need some legal help and this was the first time I've ever needed an attorney and I wasn't sure what to do.. He made this process so easy for me and took care of so much that otherwise I wouldn't know what I was doing.. I can't say how thankful I am that he went to bat for me and took care of business. He communicated with me every step of the way and I never doubted for a second that I was going to lose this case. Now, many months later, (which isn't his fault on time, it's the insurance the dog owner had and my insurance at the time, they couldn't sort anything out) I'm expected to receive my settlement and I'm very happy about it! It covered my medical expenses and lost wages, so I'm very thankful Spencer was able to come through for me and get us a win. I highly recommend him to anybody, especially if you're somebody who has never needed an attorney before and has no idea where to start. He's your guy!

Eric and his staff are great. I reached out to them and was in treatment the same day! When transportation became an issue they were quick to resolve that as well. Eric was just blessed with a new baby and even called me from the hospital! How many attorneys can you say call you if theyre just busy with lunch?! When it came down to negotiations I recieved a larger than average offer and this was just the medical side. If you want fast, efficient, caring and knowledgeable attorneys Merk and Gile is a no brainer! I hope I'm never in this situation again but if I ever find myself there I'll be calling Eric for sure!!! Thank you for everything!
