Spencer Merk was very professional & upfront with me through my entire process. It's difficult when you are injured, & so when you are searching for an honest attorney who advises you well, versus telling you things you want to hear, & fights for your rights & needs, then this is your attorney. He also made/accepted calls/texts beyond regular business hours to accommodate my work schedule. I met Eric, & found him to be equally proficient, but worked primarily with Spencer, & highly recommend Merk & Gile!

Hired Spencer Merk for my injury case. First of all he told me that there’s no sense in going after the police for my accident when they were the ones that didn’t make the decision or even asked me if I needed an ambulance first of all. I had a huge complications with my child and I will forever be broken for what happened to me. Since it’s already bad enough and my pain and suffering is nothing compared to the amount of pain I feel in my heart. And what I’m going to live with for the rest of my life. Spencer was out of town Eric told me that he would do everything in his power to give me that check as soon as possible. I was expecting to get my check Friday and found out last moment that Eric left the state if that was the case I don’t understand why he wouldn’t of told my family that instead of making us all think that you’re going to be here Friday to look for that check. I can honestly tell you that these people didn’t care anything about me both attorneys and I definitely didn’t get what I deserve compensation wise due to not wanting to investigate why I wasn’t asked for a ambulance and other things in my case . I would avoid This place.
