Best lawyers I have had would highly recommend great advice and always keep it real

I called the office explaining my situation and asked about setting up payment plans. I was told yes and made an appointment to meet the following day. Not only did they neglect to tell me on the phone that although you make payment arrangements, no action would be taken until costs were paid in full, but didn't let me tell all the necessary details of this complex situation, kept talking over me and telling me another way to address it even though in my case I cant. AND said to me "pull that mask over your nose or ill cut it off". Very rude and very unprofessional.

BEST LAWYERS IN KENTUCKY 5 CASES AND NO JAIL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Michael and Kirk are the best lawyers I have ever had when I went to them I had like five warrants barely any money And knew I was going to jail and no one could stop it Well Michael and Kirk set me down went through the Different options I had and a year later I have no Warrants Did not go to jail and finally got my life back straight and during the whole time they never lied to me like other lawyers do telling you you won’t go to jail I promise I’ll take care of you just give me the money and I’ll take care of this they never told me any of that they told me they would do their best to keep me out of jail which I think says a lot about their integrity that they’re not gonna promise you something that they are not for sure they can keep And on top of that other lawyers I called told me it would be 5 to 8 grand to take care of my cases not Michael Kirk and Mark(mark is Michael dad that also is a lawyer there but I call him the yoda of the firm to my friends and family cause he knows all and does all) they told me we will figure out the money but first let’s get your life back and get these warrants off your back they took what I could give them and worked like I gave them 100 K not to mention in the middle of all this I went to jail and Kirk literally went to the child support office and told them they needed to write out a paper to have me released From jail and brought it to the jail his self to make sure I was released Michael has literally helped me every step of the way it doesn’t matter what issue I have I can call him anytime and he will go to war for me full force I can’t put into words what these men have did for my life but rather it’s a measly warrant or you could get locked away for life they will fight for you the same way no matter what they are amazing lawyers and amazing people if I was facing the rest of my lifeThey are the only three people I would want by my side If you want people that care that will treat you like you’re their family and people that will Exhaust every resource to get you the outcome you want go to Michael Woloshinin law I wouldn’t promise anyone that they will get you out of any and everything but they will exhaust every resource every avenue with every Ounce of effort they have to make sure that you come out on the right side of things

Mr Crisler was 1hr 45 min late to our appt, he then was asking me... you have depression and anxiety? How does that work? He asked me about how I got his name and then how I knew the referral and even went as far to ask how the referral knew my family member. Tell me what does that have to do with my case? I felt very judged and he made me feel as if I was a waste of his time. A week later he sent me a letter of refusal to take my case. It is his prerogative to choose his cases but he doesnt have to treat people the way I was treated. Double thumbs down on this man. Rude, judgemental, and after I sat for 1hr and a half waiting for him to show up to our appt and didnt even acknowledge he was late.

Handled several cases for me and have referred work to him. Good results and knowledgeable.

Mark Woloshin is a phenomenal attorney in the Newport KY. He cares about his clients and shows great integrity and knowledge of the law. His offices are beautiful and his staff is very kind and attentive to your needs. I consider his office the top one in the tri-state area.

I met with Kirk a year ago to help with expungement of my husband and I records. He acted like he could help and had me pay a $500 dollar deposit the day we met. Perfectly fine. Fast forward to three months later I reached out to him because I hadn’t heard anything. He had not even filed anything on our behalf, literally just forgot about our case. He told me he needed certain documents so I got those together and called him back three different times with no response ever. So here we are a year later after giving him $500 with no services done in return. I would give 0 stars if I could. No communication, completely unprofessional. If he could not do what I needed him to do then he should have stated that when we first met instead of taking my money for absolutely nothing. Do not waste your time on this man.

He is good at what he does. He isn’t afraid to speak for the person he represents. He gets things done that he says that he is going to do. He isn’t my attorney but my daughter’s attorney and I am very pleased with obtaining him to help her through this crazy mess of this corrupted court system we have in placed. He is worth every penny and plus more.
