Eric was my attorney and he was more than awesome! I was in a horrible wreck and was completely overwhelmed with everything and Eric helped me calm down and took care of it all. He was always updating me on the case and always explaining things to make sure I understood everything fully. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to my family & friends!

Spencer Merk was very professional & upfront with me through my entire process. It's difficult when you are injured, & so when you are searching for an honest attorney who advises you well, versus telling you things you want to hear, & fights for your rights & needs, then this is your attorney. He also made/accepted calls/texts beyond regular business hours to accommodate my work schedule. I met Eric, & found him to be equally proficient, but worked primarily with Spencer, & highly recommend Merk & Gile!

I hired Spencer Merk to handle a traffic matter that I was involved in. I asked him to do whatever he can to reduce the charge. He went above and beyond and got the entire traffic case dismissed!
