Eric was nothing short of phenomenal! He explained the entire process to me from start to finish, answered any questions I had and got to work on my behalf immediately. He even recommended a place for me to go for treatment and helped set that up as well! Any questions I have throughout the process he answered quickly and helped me understand what was happening and why he was doing what he was doing. When I felt like the insurance company was offering something exceedingly low, he went to bat for me and nearly doubled the settlement!
