I found him to be hyper, promises you it can happen and then money comes into play..he has more time for his kids and ex-wife then he does for you ..case gets drug out out and if he had done upfront paperwork it would have been faster. He hears you but does not' listen..I definitely overpaid for nothing.

I met Seth Thomas , this past April 2022. My husband and I have gone through a divorce . The minute I met Seth , he knew what needed to be done and went to work. He was ahead the entire process . He made a bad situation less horrible for me and my minor daughter. He also thinks about what is best for children . He is prepared, professional, kind and fought for what was best for me . I’m so thankful I had him in my corner. Knowing he was there via phone call, email or text gave me great comfort . If you need a Atty call Seth Thomas , you will be thankful you did !!

Seth Thomas was incredible at helping me with settling child support and tax issues with the ex. He was remarkable in resolving the issue within a week tops and extremely fair in pricing compared to Lexington lawyers. He was prompt in communicating. Recent lawyers did not see the value or profit in my case or just charged too much and failed to respond. I honestly was very pleased and surprised how fast the issues were resolved. I have had two lawyers before on with issues with the ex and can say Seth’s professionalism and knowledge well exceeded them. Having to deal with issues that lead you to court can bring lots of doubt and anxiety, especially when involving history with disagreeable people. Seth Thomas won our case…. a high profile case and a case others implied, was impossible to win .. the stakes were high, but truth was on our side and so was Seth!!! Seth was diligent, hard working and brilliant.. When I can’t sleep, sometimes at 2am .. or after … I will watch our case, court case on video … Seth would not back down , he outsmarted the witness and would not let up until the truth was told … I love his Perry Mason style …. which surprised the witness and other attorneys involved in the case … Seth was genius!!!
