Overpriced and shady practice of taking unnecessary risk with methods of bare minimum and at times even less, with local rules and procedures as method to win. Instead of risking a loss due to apparent unfamiliarity with updated laws, amendments, and/or new procedures concerning necessary continuous need for education/re-education for a successful counseling of modern laws and the consistent somewhat evolutionary, natural development of new court procedures and the proactive effects on the way courts view many cases nowadays in comparison to even a year ago
