In 57 years I never needed a lawyer until I filed for my disability. I got denied for Disability when I tried to do it on my own. I have a few health issues so when I got the letter back from the Social Security Office saying I was denied I was greatly upset and thought about just throwing in the towel. After a few weeks I did some research and found that you need a lawyer if want to win your Disability rights. It is a lengthy process and Mr. Wilson and his staff will keep you informed and before the hearing Mr. Wilson will go over with you on how the Proceedings will go.
