Any type of bankruptcy is scary, and never easy. My husband and I found ourselves in a position where we had no choice but to file. Marcus Herbert’s office and Karmelin Arant (his paralegal) definitely made the process smooth and less stressful. We did a 39 month plan, and just discharged! I would 100% recommend them if you need a good attorney and office to help you through it.
