I am in a professional business owners organization with Mr. Alford. I have witnessed his professionalism in presentations, and tremendous knowledge in his field of expertise. I was charged $200 for a consultation, was then told they would be able to take my case for $4,000 they sent me a contract to sign and then the next day called me and told me that they are not taking any new clients that they are booked up! If you want to spend money for NOTHING except talking to someone for 10 mins then I would definitely go elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would I feel as if ABBY robbed me! EDIT: that is no excuse... Abby knew the hire date when I spoke to her and she took my $200 she told me the hire date was fine and sent me a contract the day of the higher date and the next day she had her assistant call me to tell me they are no longer taking cases. I'm not saying all the lawyers at this firm are shady but that one is... However her assistant is super sweet and very helpful

Mr. Alford is 100% recommended in my opinion. I went in on first meeting and he told me what could and couldn’t do. He was straight forward and he is straight business on what you hired him for. There’s great communication as well so you know what is going on. Highly recommend Mr. Alford if you want a great attorney.

This is the second time since my device 7years ago I have fought for my time with my daughter. First lawyer just gave into whatever her lawyer said. Jeff definitely was very straightforward and said it it wouldn’t be easy, but he went to bat for me and my daughter. He helped us get out ahead of what “visitation” I had before. Before I only had about 6 days per month with my daughter. I am now only 2 days per month shy of complete 50/50. And my ex has to ask for my opinion on medical/physical decisions.
