MCY&S assisted me with my Social Security disability case. Twice denied before, the facts of my case were unchanged. I had the same diagnosis, the same doctor recommendations and reports, and the same test results. The ONLY difference was that I was represented by MCY&S. We went through the hearing process. Gregory Smith and his staff guided me through the process and prepared me for the hearing. I was fully approved following the hearing and I'm confident that being represented by MCY&S was the reason for the approval. The system is designed to deny benefits. You will need good legal representation to represent you before a hearing judge to get approved. I wish I had contacted them on the first application rather than my third. I highly recommend MCY&S.

Could not have wanted better legal attorney’s then these guys... very prompt in returning and answering calls.. very respectful and polite.. if not for them would not of have received my disability claim and will forever be very thankful for them.. What a jewel to find this firm. After I was rear ended, I did a quick Google search and, thanks be to God, I found Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer PLLC. The firm handled everything and I just had to give my info over the internet, so we were compliant with social distancing before it was a thing. Thank you so much for your professionalism and the patience it took to be successful. I recommend this firm 100% and more if that's possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ok but nothing extra. Not enough experience in the Paducah office. Under funded. Send you to the wrong Doctors for what you need for Disability evaluation. Nice people. Buts that"s about it.
