Mr. Banister was knowedgable and very attentive, we got the results were after and are very happy with the outcome.

I would recommend anyone in need of legal representation civil or criminal call Mr. Banister first! He was our second option and honestly should have been our first. When my son needed help he was there to walk him through everything and explained things to him to where he could understand them, which can sometimes be a challenge in itself with my son. He was patient but firm and very diligent when working the case. My son got the results he was after at this time and was very happy with the outcome. Mr. Banister is aggressive, knowledgeable and upfront in the court room. We will certainly contact him again in the future if needed!

I wrote this "attorney" a text message from the number provided on his website. He wrote back with violent threats, profanity, and dehumanizing language while trying to meet up to fight. How could you seek advice from someone with such little control of their emotions, and such disregard for the law. He incriminated himself.
