Rented from them years ago. Began having repair issues so I called numerous times everyday to tell them the problem was worse. Nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner. I had evidence( pages of my phone bill) that showed the hundreds of times I reported the issue and left messages with no reply. When we left they tried suing me for the damages that I had reported for weeks. My rent was paid in full. They even included light bulbs in the lawsuit. Even stole my property which I had to pick up at his office. They were keeping tenants property in his office garage which was where my property was. I had so much evidence-photos documenting the worsening problems and phone evidence. The first judge ruled in my favor. But I guess they didn't like that so they got an appeal with one of their judges while I was out of town and went to court without even serving me. How was this even legal?? But of course their judge ruled in their favor and I'm stuck paying on an unfair judgement to this day. I urge no one to rent from people like this.

Unbelievably unprofessional paralegal in this Law office named Lisa. I called last week about a minor Real Estate legal issue. I'm looking for MadCo attorney and sought out their office. What was unbelievable was that when I called back proactively after not hearing back from them after a week, I got to speak with Lisa and let her know I had called last week and left a message with the receptionist. She told me that she called my cell phone and it just "rang and rang". Who's modern day device does that? All have call ID's and voicemail. She told me that she had personally called twice. When I told her that didn't make sense, she began to explain to me that some people set their voicemail up "differently". It obviously didn't sit well with me the fact that she started the conversation this way. My cell is my work and personal number. It's my only phone. Like most Americans, we have a pretty solid understanding of how these things work. I was offended by Lisa's disingenuous attitude and blatant lie. She could have just said "we were busy, sorry for the delay". But no, she was combative from the beginning. I'm guessing because I brought up the missed calls. I felt belittled but still didn't let her sour approach impact my buying decision just then. So, I still asked for help and to speak with an attorney. She began to tell me why they would not entertain my request unless I gave them the business of closing on a home I'm selling. Yup... that's what she said. They would not even entertain my other legal matter unless I gave them the close. Unbelievable. She just cost them business and I have zero confidence Lisa actually ever asked or engaged a partner/attorney at this office about my actual request. After that, I questioned the method and process as to how they came up with that decision without even speaking to me. Too much to go in to on this review, but I know one thing... Lisa should be fired and the attorney(s) in this office should reconsider the types of personnel they hire to represent them. I haven't had this rude of a consumer experience or met a more un-empathetic, void of any emotional intelligence, eaten up with a disingenuous soul, type of person in all my life. To say the least, I would never recommend this legal office for anything. Can't say their quality of work is poor, but how can it be best-in-class when they hire people with ZERO class. Disappointing to say the least. They wouldn't even offer a referral to another local law office. Lisa was the most disappointing. A horrible person with a horrible attitude.

Horrible person , treated my family and I awful , never met me , harassed me till I gave up my home of 12 yrs , the worst person in this town , as far I'm concerned ! But money don't buy tickets to heaven ! So good luck on your life journey 🙌. God's on my side he sees all 🙏
