James O'toole was recommended for a contested will. I felt the odds were against me. The will was executed and I was appointed Executor of the estate. We had to return too court 3 times over 50 miles each way for him. When I call, he gets right back to me in a timely manner. The process is grueling for me but he has a way of calming me and explaining it so I understand. I stress easily. I need a lot of assurance and am sure I am a pain! He is very compassionate, kind and attentive to my needs and concerns. It is far from over. He assured me he would be by my side until it is completed. His fee is more than reasonable. It is a pleasure being represented by him. I highly recommend him and would hire him if the need arises in the future.

Very unorganized We lose money with Mr toole on a case. I will never recommend this law firm to do anything this firm has a high rate of turnovers. Mr O'toole will not do what he tell you he will do. Never again this law firm is a joke!

Finally feel like I have landed at a place that cares about my case. Will update at the end as we are just getting started but Jim and Lindsey have been responsive, caring, and knowledgeable.

Lauren and emily are awesome ...I have been 6 years trying to get my case heard before someone who actually listens who actually stood and showed their clients they care and want whats best.. Divorce is hard having children involved is even harder and after 6 years i don't at all call it a win they got us Justice anyone that needs their voice heard or have issues that not been resolved Miss Emily Campbell will fight for the right of her clients and their families and with that we will forever be thankful ❤️

I hired Emily Campbell to do two deeds for us ,she priced it all for 300$ ,when we got to office to sign ,we was told it would be additional 100$ for 2nd deed ,even though she had done priced it . Then we had told her how we wanted it done specifically,and she said it could be done that way ,then we got a message it was time to come sign ,pick up deed ,we got there ,and Emily wasn't there ,it was Kristie Hicks ,who immediately was like "ids " and was short with us and not who we had hired ,she did not give us time to actually read new deed ,we assumed it was correct because she said it was ,so we went to courthouse to file it and the deeds lady immediately saw it was wrote differently than most deeds ,but we filed it ,thinking it was correct ,it came in mail on Saturday morning ,it was not how we wanted it ,so I messaged Emily and she said I would have to call Kristie ( who was not who I hired ) and talk to her about it .Monday morning they call me at 9am and are both on the line ,being argumentive and loud ,one trying to talk over the other ,I think they handled the whole situation very unprofessional ,and am very displeased with their work and their attitudes,you are not supposed to ovvertalk your client or have them on three-way call ,without their knowledge . I spoke with the judge in my town who is over this kind of matter and he said even though our deed in the end means what we wanted that they put in alot of wording that did not have to be in there and could cause confusion.We are very very displeased with their services .

Lauren has handled two separate cases for me. She is on top of things and very professional. One case moved rather slowly but that was not her fault. The second case was completed very quickly. Highly recommend her for family law cases.

Emily was my lawyer in a recent case. She was SO professional and was not intimidated by anyone. She won my case and I could not be happier with her services! I hope to never need a lawyer again in my life. But if I do, she will be the one I call! Thank you Emily!

Emily was my lawyer for a case in an unemployment issue. She was very wonderful. The office took my case when nobody else would. They allowed me to make payments and were very helpful. Emily worked very hard on my case and saved my nursing career. I have been so pleased with the outcomes of her work. I totally recommend her. If I ever need lawyer again, she will be the first one I contact.

All I can say is I was very disappointed in both cases that he handled for me. My friends and family agree that I had poor representation.
