If you want to win your case, find someone else. All Randal Epley cares about is money. He is very lazy and unprofessional. I saw he even left himself a 5 star review so don’t be fooled. Save yourself the time and energy and hire someone that will actually do their job. If I could give less than 1 stars I would.

We hired him to get visitation with our grandchildren and the 1st court date which took alsmost 2 month's to get, he showed up an hour late, Judge Gill had to send a bailiff looking for him. Got into court and were told that we had no right's in which he knew I'm certain. Never could get any paperwork from him, had to take off work 3 times and show up at his office because the phone was constantly busy and only to hear to many excuses from his secretary, Jennifer !! He took our hard earned money knowing we didn't have a clue, I would never recommend him to anyone.

Randal Epley ruined our case and then refused to answer questions about why he did not do his job while collecting the money. Would not recommend.

Randy Epley not only lost our case that was the easiest win I’ve ever seen, he made it worse and then gave up. He had no problem taking everyone’s money, though! Avoid if you don’t want to waste your money and get absolutely nothing for it. He did not do what he was supposed to do.

Mr. Epley is the most incompetent and unethical attorney I've ever seen. He would much rather charge his client a bunch of money and take someone to court than to do his job correctly in the first place.
