I first found the office of John Schmidt during my CPS case. My son had been taken and placed with my maternal Aunt. They got my case closed within 8mos and my son was reunited with me for good! The second time they entered my life was to assist with a step-parent adoption for my son. John is SUPER aggressive in court (that's definitely what you want) and not only commands his peers respect in the courtroom, but will stand up for you no matter what! If you listen to his advice he will win your case plain and simple. Patti his paralegal aka the Mother Hen of the office is the nicest and most genuine person I've ever met. The first day I walked in a scared and hopeless mess. She not only comforted me by telling me that WE WILL get my son home she immediately gave me a detailed to-do list that was above and beyond so that my case would be astonishing. This law office will get you the best outcome on your case no matter what the circumstances, just make sure you LISTEN AND TAKE ALL of their advice! The front desk, who at the time was Caitlyn and is now Nathan, are so friendly and so considerate. You walk in and it's like you're at a 5 star hotel. They will remember your name, your kids names, and your story. They offer so many amenities that it doesn't feel horrible waiting for your turn in court. These are regular people who have the skills to help you get where you need to be and the compassion to make the process less painful. The entire office is the epitome of "I love to help people." They will forever be a dear part of my families story. Thank you guys for everything!!!
