John was amazing we got everything settled very quick. Very fast and reliable.

Today Mr. John Schmidt helped my family with a situation that has caused so much anxiety for my daughter and family for so long. I am ever so grateful I dialed his office by accident one day lol. I would highly recommend him for any family court issues you may have. When we won our case, I was finally able to breathe for the first time in 5 years and most importantly, my daughter gets to attend the school with her friends of 8 years!!! Thank you so much Mr. Schmidt for being kind and not making me feel like I was just a number.

Mr. Schmidt has all my respect as a lawyer and a human being. He did a fantastic job representing me and preparing me for what I was about to face and he got a verdict in my favor. If I need a lawyer in the future he will be my first choice! Thank you so much for ALL YOUR HELP!

I hired John for a custody agreement and he represented me at mediation. I explained my wants and needs and none of those were met. When I tried to back out of the agreement (that I didn’t agree with) he proceeded to convince me to sign the mediation paperwork. I did not feel as if he was on my side or trying to help me and my child in any way. He did not take in consideration what’s best for my child. Now I have less custody of my child then I did prior to hiring him. With that being said I would never recommend him to anyone nor would I hire him again.

It was a pleasure working with John on updating our wills. Besides being personable and open...He asked good questions, listened, and suggested as he guided us in achieving a document that satisfactorily addressed our unique/particular context. With his staff serving as witnesses we were able to walk out of the office with a completed product that will be very helpful to our children. His price for the three documents was very affordable and a good deal lower than other attorney's with whom I had spoken. I used John Schmidt for two separate legal cases in the past. HE IS NOT THE SAME JOHN SCHMIDT THAT WAS AN ATTORNEY FOR THE COUNTY WHO HAD AN ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR HIM BY THE COMMONWEALTH! This John Schmidt, the owner of this practice (with a different middle name), is honest and reputable. He's not very good at keeping in communication (the reason for four stars instead of five), but he's good in the courtroom and that's all that really matters in the end.

Truly greatful for the knowledge of the law down to the smallest details. Along with the patient professionalism yet no time for bs objective to get to the case closed and behind me was Truly impressive and much appreciated.
