Mr. Scott Wantland is very responsive and knowledgeable. He assisted me in the finalization of two estates. I do not live in the state and she helped to reduce the amount of time I would have to travel down to handle the legalities. He is efficient and assisted me in knowing what needed to be done. I would have been lost at what I legally had to do to close these.

Scott helped me when I needed it most. He is a complete straight shooter and completely honest, even when you don’t like what he tells you, you can tell that he cares! His staff members are extremely compassionate and always get back to you in a timely manner. I’ve felt comfortable going to them with any question. Going to an attorney is extremely stressful in and of itself and I found myself extremely stressed in my situation. I went to Wantland Law and talked with Scott. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I didn't feel like he was telling me what i wanted to hear. Is he a miracle worker, no.
