I certainly recommend Ms. Broyles to anyone needing an A+++ attorney to represent them in a disability claim. While representing my husband she demonstrated a superior level of knowledge, expertise, and caring. She worked extremely hard, and the communication with her and the office staff was always top notch! She always insured that everything was submitted in a timely, organized fashion and thus, we obtained positive results in regard to our claim! Thanks a million times over!

Mrs Broyles took my husbands case for a disability claim that was denied. She was very professional and responsive throughout the whole claim. The court date kept getting postponed due to covid but she always kept us updated and was open about what choices we had. She helped us understand more about the court system in general and how professional and respectful we needed to be. Most importantly she always wanted us to be honest… and we wanted the same. We never wanted to lie about anything first of all it’s not in our nature; we had already decided if we needed to lie to get it then we didn’t want it; also what good would it do to lie to the court and get caught? Nothing. Mrs Broyles helped us to understand things that we would have never known otherwise, first and foremost being our health. She helped us understand what to add and what not to add. For example: if a doctor told my husband that he was pretty sure he had cancer this is not something that needs to be added to the claim because it has not been medically proven by a professional that he did in fact have cancer. If it’s not said and checked out by a professional licensed doctor in that field she let us know to leave it out. She made us aware that this would make us lose credibility. Mrs Broyles was a very kind but get to the point kind of lawyer which is what you want. She always told us our options and gave us several in anything that we was needing to decide. She was respectful to not only my husband but me as well. And was professional about how she let us know if we had accidentally done something wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. She helped us an incredibly great deal… and I’m not sure she realizes how much.
