Mr Dan Yeast represented me when a man hit me head on, I called him and he came to my house that day and talked to me, I appreciated that a lot! He was very helpful in getting me all the money possible to help me. He and his staff were super great and will help you too!!

McKinley Morgan was the choice ever made, he settled for a set amount with the judge he already knew. And didn't care about my case. I finally got a call from him right before holidays like he was going to make them pay. Haha he is a joke.

VANOVER SHOWED UP AT A HEARING, NOT PREPARED AT ALL WAS MORE INTERESTED IN TRAINING THE GIRL WITH HIM, IF YOU CALL IT TRAINING. I HAVE HAD TO DO ALL OF THE WORK MYSELF, SO WHY SHOULD I PAY THEM FOR THE NAME? GERALD VANOVER IS A JOKE AND SO IS THIS FIRM. THE CASE WORKER IN LEX. WAS FIRED ANOTHER GIRL STEPPED IN WAS SUPPOSED TO KEEP IN TOUCH, NOT 1 PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE. SO THIS IS PUBLIC NOTICE THAT THEY ARE FIRED!

I had so much trouble with WC, so after a year I needed help. Mr. Morgan has been helping me for the past 4 years with my case. Also, Mr. Vanover helped with the disability portion of my case for the past two years. Everyone I dealt with at the Somerset, London (and other offices by phone) were professional and helpful. They have finally settled. Mr. Morgan explained all the details in depth and I'm pleased with the settlement, especially considering all the run around the WC insurance company had given me the past 5 years.

Dan Yeast took great care of my case. Even thought COVID hit he worked around different ways to keep me in the loop. I really appreciate the care and services he and his team provided to me. I've never had to go through a lawyer to get a case settled but sure happy I chose this agency. There were many items he helped me through.

I was involved in an MVA. I left a message that I needed to speak to someone about my accident and Dan Yeast contacted me. I gave him a brief description because I needed to get the police report. He has two ladies Rita and Lisa that sent me information that I needed to fill out and what Dan needed from me. They made things so much easier for me. Dan was very helpful and was there for me when I needed to be present for any meetings. I could not have gotten all of this without Dan and the ladies from his office. Would I recommend him to others? Absolutely!!
