Richard Arsenault and his team (especially Richard and Dustin) had a wonderful way of personalizing contact and showing concern for my well-being. I never felt like I was just another case, although I know I was a small piece of the firms workload. Their knowledge and efficiency was outstanding. Having never expected to be involved in any type of litigation, we are so thankful to have been represented by Richard Arsenault and his team at Neblett, Beard and Arsenault. We actually had a family emergency in New York and they had us on a plane within hours of the phone call. It was a surreal experience, witnessing behind the scenes preparation for trial, watching the trial unfold and how the team anticipated what needed to be done, both in the courtroom and behind the scenes. This group worked all hours of the day and night, operating like a well-oiled machine, with the result of a successful verdict. To see this first hand was an experience we will never forget. We are so very grateful to have had such an awesome experience with such a high caliber law firm. Wesley Gralap is excellent. Took care of all my needs after my accident. Referred me to Doctor and physical therapy and also kept me in a rental car the whole time i needed it. Great attorney and staff. Still sends me birthday cards after 10yrs.
