All my dealings with Mr. Davenport have been very pleasant. He is professional in his demeanor and very generous; BUT I would hate to be on the other side of a case against him. I would definately recommend him as a legal counselor.

I have been advised by Mr Davenport on several different occasions where I was needing legal assistance. He proved to be very thorough and very knowledgeable of the law everytime. He and his staff always make me fill relaxed and welcome in his office Mr.Daveport handle my expunge ment. He went above and beyond typically hours to fight for me so my record wouldn't reflect a few yrs of bad choices. Honesty seemed to be very important and no matter my past he and his staff treated me like equals there was no talking down or scolding. Mr. Davenport has more integrity than almost anyone ive ever met. I will only ever use his services again if needed.

After paying Harold to represent me in an attempt to get more visitation with my kids, I walked out of the courtroom with only an increase in child support and Mr. Murry's promise to handle a contempt motion should my kids' mother ever violate the judgment. Of course, she did. She moved out of state and has kept the children from any contact with me. I reached out to Mr. Murry for advice in the matter, but never received a reply. I ended up representing myself to seek contempt against the violation, but I didn't exist to the judge. Again, I reached out to Harold. When he called, he asked how representing myself was going for me. Pay him if you want to. Trust him if you want to. But remember, Alexandria is a small town. All these lawyers are buddies with each other and the judges. Your best interests are not the same as the attorney. Not now, and certainly not after he's spent your money. You can do better looking much further from the courthouse. Good luck.
