I had an appointment with the attorney. Mr. T********** He tells me on the day that we were to have. The meeting that I was supposed to show Up at his office and I explained to him that my vehicle was Involved in an accident as he well knew. Why I was hiring him in the first place. and I was injured in a car Accident and he expected me to show up at his office and ask me. Did I not have a ride to the office? Will not use this law firm.

Clean lobby and professional personnel everytime I've been there.

I’m not one who has frequent dealings with law firms or gets in accidents often , with that said , I’d recommend them to anyone who is in a similar situation. I honestly have no complaints , everyone there was extremely professional, reassuring , and calm. I’m a really high strung person and came up with questions that were probably pointless or stupid and often went into a panic over certain things, they never let me feel bothered and always explained or answered my worries.

The ONLY reason I even gave them a review was bc they did come through for one of my issues. After that, working with them became a task in and of itself. They refused to act professional, the refused to be understanding and they stuck their nose in the air towards me and my wife. Money was with held from us and they acted like it was our fault and not only that, they have lied to us consistently. We had an issue with our lawyer for awhile and not even a day after getting a replacement, we were already having issues. It's not a bad law firm at all, but their customer to "professional" atmosphere needs severe work!!!
