I attended an Estate Planning Workshop and was extremely impressed with Graves Theus, Jr., Attorney and Staff. The entire staff made every step of this process very easy. Everyone in the Theus Office were focused on my goals.

The Theus Law Offices’ Family Estate Planning is a must from my perspective. I had recently lost my dad when I decide to attend the in-person Workshop at the time. My dad and I had attended a similar workshop some four (4) years prior but my dad didn’t elect at the time to move forward. I so wished that he (my dad) had done so because now I am helping my mom go through the Succession/Probate steps with a lawyer currently. If you or your loved ones haven’t made this decision with Estate Planning, I would strongly encourage you to attend this web-based workshop/webinar. Failed our case. Unfortunately, when you pay SUCH amounts of money and pass all the documents you expect someone to start working beforehand. In fact, we got the questions we will be asked late night right before the day of the trial, which was scheduled early morning the next day. What happened in real life: NONE of the promises were fulfilled. Even the contract was ignored: it was clearly mentioned there that *something* will be done and it wasnt. To our question "why" the reply was that its not needed in our case, but I believe it was. I have no idea if the previous comments are from some close friends but our experience was terrible.

As far as an attorney goes he has the utmost respect for his clients and professional at any time you are in his presence. Could not ask for a better person or an attorney!
