36% of your settlement plus interest on anything they pay up front like doctors, medication,MRI etc.adds up pretty quickly so when I saw their rates plus interest I didn't even talk to them.dealt with the insurance company and settled out of court and feel like I came out better and the whole thing was over and done in less than a month.dont just jump into hiring any attorney,try to deal with the insurance company on your own, you might be surprised.I was.I felt like the state farm adjuster was fair and honest and I was made whole again which was all I was trying to do anyway.if you're trying to get rich off a fender bender good luck.if you just want your property replaced and doctor bills paid plus your time missed from work and a few bucks for the inconvenience of it all like I did you can most likely negotiate that yourself with any reasonable person.

Even if I asked a foolish question it was answered with humor and professionalism.
