Kelly is an incredible attorney and human being. He has assisted many members of my family with various legal needs over the years; from the trivial to the incredibly serious. Even on the simple needed letter, he always kept us informed.

I sincerely believe that I was abandoned by Mr. Balfour. His excuse was that his son was "sick". I'm not a heartless person but my life was at stake as well. A call or even passing the case to another attorney in the practice would have been the right thing to do. But when I called him on it he became angry and yelled. He's unprofessional {at least in my case}
