I cannot express my gratitude enough to Ryan and the entire team. We had a really nuanced case with a flood on an atypical asset (vintage trailer). The insurance company was dragging their feet and stalling, making mistakes that Ryan took note of each step of the way as he built our case. He was prompt, thorough and took ample time to explain each step of the process with me in a kind, simple way for me to understand. In the end we didn’t have to go to trial and we still got exactly the amount we were hoping for because Ryan was pre-emptive, pro-active and on it!
