In February 2011, i was invloved in an accident where I had just moved in to a new apartment and while I was sleeping the ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling onto me. I was 20 weeks pregnant at the time and suffered from a fractured nose and a cut on my face that has left a permenant scar.Come to find out, the fan was not screwed into a support beam, it was just stuck into the drywall. The apartment complex was not very concerned with the incident so I called Gordon. The Gordon Mckernan law firm helped to get all of my medical bills paid and a significant settlement. They even referred me to a great plastic surgeon in case I wanted to get the scar on my nose fixed. Great experience!

At first my lawyer was Tim McCreary. He was amazing! He did more than his job, he went above and beyond to take care of me. He made sure to explain every detail of the settlement and the process we would go through. He even took the time to discuss my MRI results and explain my injury to me. I actually learned more from him then the actual doctors that diagnosed this injury. After the settlement was forced to go to court I was transfered to Chad and Nicole. They did their best to see that I got what I deserved from my settlements. Since I was unfortunately the victim of three accidents in two years, the three of us got to know each other rather well, & I am very thankful for their help. Although there were occasional disappointments and I really began to miss having Mr. McCreary as my lawyer. At times I found myself frustrated when important matters were not handle promptly or seemed to have been pushed aside as unimportant. Several times I had to persistently pursue the both of them (Chad & NIcole) to engage in a phone conversation about my case and receive an update of the progress of the settlement. With Mr. Mcreary, he called me every couple of days to fill me in and check on me. Never did I have to track him down. There were a few times I found myself in a conversation with Mr. Boykin in which his attitude seemed more against me than for me. I overlooked many of these things to try and keep the peace. Nicole was always a great help during this time. Despite these frustrations, the three of us were eventually able to grow and begin to communicate better toward the end of our time together, and as I said I am very thankful for the help of all my representatives. But if I were to refer you to a lawyer from McKernan Law Firm, I would highly recommend Mr. Tim McCreary. Thank you to all of those at McKernan who worked hard to give me the results I was looking for!

Gordon law firm is very friendly. i have never had a bad experience with this law firm. Luke and his assistant LeAnn was very friendly and efficient with their work to my claim. I was hit by an uninsured motorist, and Luke handled my case to get me the money i deserved. I have recommended Luke to several people local and out of town. I love the fact that when you call to report your claim, they send out someone the same day or the next day.Luke kept in touch with me and my son (Luke also represented him ) about the changes in our case. They always answer phones and greet you by your name not just your case. They treat you as family . And i had the opportunity to meet Gordon himself and he is a nice friendly man of whom to time to meet with me. Most law firms you only meet the attorneys and never the main attorney. I love this law firm. Again i strongly recommend them.

I have used McKernan Law for the only two personal injury cases involving a car accident. I decided to use Luke Thibedeaux as my attorney since he has previous experience working with insurance claims, and knows the ins and outs. He makes sure his clients are well satisfied, and makes sure he chooses the right referrals that his clients will benefit most from. His client's satisfaction is very important to him, and he is quick to answer a question, and go above & beyond what a typical PI attorney would do. He definitely sees his clients as a person, rather than an "in and out" type person. His team will take care of you, no matter how big or small your case may be. Luke is extremely detailed, and as soon as you request information, he gets it right to you. Luke is very professional. Luke has consulted with myself & my family on other cases that we did not know how to handle. Without his expertise, I honestly would not have known where to start! His assistant LeAnn is wonderful as well. The staff is quite large, but everyone else at the firm I have come into contact with are very friendly and always smiling, and genuinely seem to care about the firm's clients. Even while waiting in the (very comfortable) lounge, everyone makes sure you are taken care by asking if you need any water or coffee or anything of before your consultation. Those little details really make a difference to clients. I give McKernan Law Firm 5 stars, and a special thanks to Luke and LeAnn for doing such an amazing job handling my case & millions of questions! :) I wouldn't recommend any other law firm to handle a PI case.
