This was my first time in a car accident and dealing with an insurance company and attorney. This is not a pleasant experience but my attorney, Michael Montalbano, was very patient with me and worked really hard on my case. My case was coming to an end during a week when he was on vacation with his family he still continued to work on it and got it settled. I really appreciate his dedication and hard work.

All this firm is worried about is a quick & easy profit. I was dropped by Attorney Jessica Browne once she realized that an at-fault insurance company did not have enough funds to go around following an accident involving 7 individual injuries. Attorney Jessica Brown used an excuse that she couldn't represent me because both my wife & myself were represented by her. She said if she got one person more money, the other would get less, causing a conflict of interest. Well, this "conflict of interest" was present upon us originally signing with her. It took months for her to realize this "conflict." We were dropped because there wasn't easy money available, in my opinion. We went to Attorney Collins Meredith of Locke Meredith & Associates & they accepted our case with open arms. They, and NOT this firm, were outstanding! Buyer beware!

It has been a long year with this work related injury, but with assistance of Gordon's Attorney Annebelle Manning; it made this situation more bearable.
