Breached of contract on their behalf, because I called the boss to ask questions about if they had my best interest first! In the middle of litigation almost at the end of the case! Schemes and plotted against their own client behind the scenes, and backed out of the contract to prolong the case and I'm pretty sure they will be helping the other party's insurance company now out of bad faith!!!!! Beware of smiling faces

They did an amazing job with my case! They helped me get as much money as they could but they were also so compassionate about my injuries and that I’m still recovering from my injuries. They understood that money wouldn’t change my injuries but it would help me have transportation and be able to get back and forth to my appointments. They answered all of my questions and concerns beautifully and made sure that they did all of their research, looking, digging before they just settled my case . I am very thankful, I was blessed to be able to get a car but I am also still not able to drive and I have gotten worser but they have done their job to the utmost!

I recently had the pleasure to meet attorney Gordon McKernan and his staff. I am reminded of the Proverb " A man is known by the company he keeps." Mr. McKernan has surrounded himself with an exemplary staff that rings true with this proverb. I was greeted with the red carpet treatment, and as a result of my experience I am compelled to let my community and others know where they should go if they are in need of competent legal representation and service. My initial experience was with my investigator Daryl Dorsey. I was kept in the loop and never had to worry about the status of my case. Ms. Danesha Bennett, the paralegal to my attorney Markel Guidry, was a class act. She has such an angelic spirit and made me feel right at home. My attorney Mr. Markel Guidry was most accommodating. He was also excellent counsel and easy on the eyes. But I digress. His professionalism was highly impressive. Finally, I had the privilege to meet Mr. McKernan, he didn't have any airs about him, and was as genuine in person as he is in his commercials. To increase the percentage of getting the outcome you desire. I highly recommend you retain this firm.

If you want the best, choose the best. I’ve had my best experience yet so far with Gordon McKernan attorneys ! I had a few accidents in the past and still wasn’t knowledgeable of accidental claims. Having the help of Anne Marie, Tim McCrary & Jenna Jordan… I have a deal on knowing more than a little now! They were super professional, patient, understanding & locked in with me. I loved the assistant, with the fact they are a busy firm she literally understood every bit of my frustration & always kept me updated & was very very nice genuinely sweet !
