Within 10 minutes of the initial appointment with this firm, i made the decision not to hire them. A female in the room did not introduce herself yet recorded every word I said. This is not how you build rapport in a case with a client that has just been told they need surgery due to a work related accident. The lawyer proceeded to intimidate me about opposing counsel. I am not a woman that is easily intimidated particularly when you don't ask me my side and you simply tell me what's going to happen. When you don't allow me to speak and you make a mess out of my file, don't expect me to hand your firm 20% of my claims value.
