Britton Evers has been my attorney through Rozas and Associates for almost 5 years now. I can’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for having them in my corner. In desperation I searched on google trying to find an attorney during COVID to help with my very complex custody case. I called the firm and immediately they responded and the same day I spoke to Britton. At the time I had only supervised visits through a facility which was shut down due to COVID. I was unable to see my kids at all. I spent hours on the phone with Britton that same day going over my case while I sat in my car pleading for help. I was able to meet with him a few days later and even though I didn’t have the full amount of money we discussed he went ahead and started my case. The price was already so fair compared to other attorneys I spoke with. He and the firm have continued to work with me finically assuring me the goal was for me to have custody of my kids back- money was not the motive on their end. In the last 5 years I have gained back full custody of my kids and even though it took a while, Britton never stopped fighting for my family. Even after he was promoted within the company he kept my case and made sure the other attorneys at the firm were available when he wasn’t. Our email threads were so long we had to create another and I never felt like I had to track him down or that I was bothering him. Most attorneys would have charged for every second they spent in communication with a client but not Britton and his firm. They really put the client first and are always available. I remember that even though his father passed away he took time while out of office during a terrible time for himself to work on my case. It was a marathon of fighting for every milestone gained during the process. He advocated for me and I never felt judged for loosing custody in the first place. More importantly, the time he spent on my case and the advise he gave me helped me to repair my family with the other parties who had custody. We were able under his guidance to put what was best for the kids first. I can’t recommend him or the firm more! As my case comes to a close wanted to share my thoughts so that if someone googles “child custody attorney” like I did on that desperate day, they can take comfort in reading a real client review.

In, the fall of 2021 I hired , paid in full. To have Representation at trial for custody of my daughter. I was given Britton Evers. I was very clear on my goals and directives. Britton accepted my case. Britton from the start seemed to be on point, until time for trial. He literally canceled every trial date the night before trial. The firm charged me for subpoenas that were never issued. Britton interviewed no one. Not one witness. He cost me thousands in fake motions, unlicensed Custody Evaluators. Literally cancelled my Feb 2024 trial the night before. When asked to show me just anything he had worked on for my case. He immediately tried to enter into a new contract and additional fees Britton Evers is a Fraud. David Razos is completely ok this type of behavior from his attorneys. Dave literally apologized to me stating my case got caught up in their internal staffing issues. I was a blinded fool. If you have a case at this firm I strongly recommend running away from them as fast as you can. You will lose if you have Britton Evers. Britton is a joke among his peers and Razos cannot keep good attorneys on staff due to the lack of professionalism. Text from Britton in 2022, Britton begged me to stay with him and firm. FRAUDS.
