Miss Caroline Barnes is a highly knowledgeable and compassionate immigration attorney. Responds to every question and concern in a professional and timely manner, sometimes even when she’s out of office, which to me shows, that she really cares about her clients. When I came to her after she’s been recommended to me by an acquaintance, I had been at the lowest point in my life and just about lost all hope of being able to become a resident of the United States.. But she guided me through the whole process and voila! I now have my green card and I’m officially a permanent resident. Thank you so much! I started calling at the beginning of September and left my name, contact information, and details of the case with the woman answering the phone. As my case falls under the cases she was accepting at the time, I really thought I would have been contacted by now. Today, I called again and the answering service indicated they were no longer accepting new cases. This upsets me because I’ve been actively trying to get a consultation for a while now. I’ve read great things about Natalie and wanted the opportunity to sit down with her. Even if my case wasn’t something they wanted to pursue, a quick phone call to let me know would’ve have been appreciated after my calls.
