I can't thank Myrna and her team enough for the incredible help they provided us during a challenging time. My wife and I found ourselves facing two legal challenges while caring for my aunt, who unfortunately didn't have a will in place and was experiencing memory issues. Myrna's expertise and guidance were invaluable as she not only helped us establish a power of attorney to navigate the complexities of our aunt's situation, but also educated us on the different types of POAs required for doctors and her estate. I had a great experience with Progeny Law Firm. They have great staff and great attorneys. The attorneys are very knowledgeable in estate planning. They made an uncomfortable topic feel not so uncomfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. I would recommend Progeny Law Firm to anyone looking into estate planning.

Warning: Stay away from this law firm. Devin and Britney are very friendly. Devin is a charming intake lawyer. He reels you in then it goes down hill from there. New lawyers with no succesion experience, cannot answer any basic questions and scattered. They switched me to 3 different lawyers the short time I was there. You have to bring them all current on your case at billable hours. Billable hours are padded. I provided the owner with screen shots of times after repeated, very expensive inflated billing. The partner never acknowledged her firms errors from my documentation provided to her. Instead she had her newly assigned attorney notify me that no corrections would be made and they would not send me their records in response to my request. Over powering partner that does not care to fix her mistakes or tarnish her professional reputation. Her employees are tied and cannot make a single decision with her input. My experience is this is a churn and burn firm.
