Attorney Moran did a succession for me after my mother's death in 2013. I was a little skeptiical at first because we found her online, knowing anything about her other than what I had read. I made an appontment, my son and I were very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism. She asked questions and allowed us to respond and she freely answered all questions we directed to her. We left the office with full confidence and trust that she was the attorney we wanted. One one appointment with Kendra, I brought my 16 month old granddaughter along. Imagine trying to cope with a baby who wanted to walk and touch everything. Kendra was very caring, understanding, kind and gentle with the baby just as any mother would be. A small thing that made a difference! Looking back, I know I made the right choice for an attorney. The whole experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. Attorney Moran is an excellent lawyer who treats her clients like she herself would want to be treated. I have given her name to many of my friends. I will certainly use her services again. I highy recommend her!

Wendra Moran was an excellent lawyer. She is very informative and up front about the would be outcome of the case at hand in my case. My case was a very lengthy and complex case. She is very personable and passionate about her cases. I would use her again for my any of my legal needs.

Wendra handled a difficult usufruct case for me. When other attorneys seemed to have a bleak, negative outlook on the case, she took the time to understand my situation, inspired hope and worked relentlessly on my behalf. At NO POINT did I ever feel that she did not have 'my back' 110% and her perseverance paid off. I am so glad I chose her as my attorney and I would put my complete faith and trust in her again if I (god forbid) ever had to go through seeking legal action against anyone again.

When my dear mother passed away in 2011, I continued paying off her monthly Home Equity line of Credit payments by depositing enough money in her savings account to cover the monthly automatic withdrawals. Suddenly in 2012, after I had previously (in 2011) informed the bank that my dear mother had passed away the bank closed her savings account, forwarded the balance to me (her sole survivor and ONLY child), and would not be able to continue to make those monthly payments. The bank folks refused to discuss anything with me and said they would only deal with a lawyer! Wendra Moran to the rescue and within less than a month, the !@#$% bank was sending the monthly statements addressed to my mother's name c/o mine and agreed to withdraw the monthly amount from my personal checking account. Wendra was very professional, personable and effective in establishing EVERYTHING I had tried unsuccessfully on my own with the bank. I am truly grateful to Wendra and owe her at the very least this honest and heartfelt recommendation. If you are having difficulties dealing with any individual/company/organization and need to get things accomplished... I would seek out Wendra Moran for legal advice and assistance!
